Hi, I'm Paolo 👋🏽
I’m a Brooklyn-based strategy & ops generalist who thrives in ambiguous, fast-changing environments. Over the past decade, I’ve helped startups scale through structure, storytelling, and smart systems.
Most recently, I led growth strategy for the AI Artifacts product and events program at Reforge, and built revenue and data ops infrastructure at Valence. Before that, I was Chief of Staff at Ampush, managing strategic planning, recruiting, M&A, and our return-to-office transition.
After Stanford 🌲 undergrad, my career started in tech recruiting and ops at Box, Zenefits, Lever, and Springboard, where I helped grow teams from 100 to 1,200+. Later, I earned my MBA at Berkeley-Haas 🐻 and worked in growth strategy and PE due diligence at EY-Parthenon.
Outside of work
I live in Brooklyn with my husband Derrick and our mini bernedoodle, Ryo 🐶.
I love biking across NYC, running in Prospect Park, and taking beginner’s tennis and pickleball classes. I'm also a cookbook nerd (favorites include Filipinx by Angela Dimayuga and Ligaya Mishan, First Generation by Frankie Gaw), an aspiring polyglot (French, Spanish, and Tagalog), and a frequent flyer — I’ve visited 35+ countries across 6 continents.
